Despite conducting exit interviews and receiving consistent feedback that certain members of the senior leadership team are toxic, management does nothing. Not only do they not do anything, they promote these people into even higher leadership positions. How does a Christian based company, who’s CEO and founder preaches consistently on LinkedIn about treating others fairly allow this type of behavior? It’s hypocritical and insulting to those who work here. Good, intelligent, hard working employees leave for this reason and HR knows it. Leadership knows it. No amount of money can replace respect.
