Needed to staff each hub with independent contractors that had to use their own vehicle and pay for their own gas and I felt they were not paid fairly for all the wear and tear on their vehicles and also needed to cover their gas expenses. Independent contractors had a scanner fee taken out of their weekly settlement for a piece of equipment that was not used for their benefit but for that of the company Very difficult to find reliable people to do this kind of work on a long term basis
