Pros

The job and scope of work itself is good and rewarding.

Cons

Management is out of control. No accountability or consequences for those who aren't doing their job, placing undue burden on others to carry the slack. Employees are treated like a cog in a wheel, which means morale is often really bad.

Unsafe and bad management

Pros

The other employees were helpful in teaching and the indoor shop work was nice.

Cons

Management was horrible, equipment was in bad condition and unsafe. The other employees spoke badly about the employer and manager. Also when Kobe were bid wrong or material was late it was pushed on you to make up the time.
