My experience at Passendo it has been so far a significant career journey and growth. The trust and support I receive from my colleagues and management team it is an important contributor in my professional development and personal as well feeling valued, appreciated and encouraged to grow. Working in such a creative, fun and professional environment it is a great motivation for me to dedicate myself entirely to the growth of the team and bring the best solutions to the table. There is a great feeling to work in such a fast growing team as Passendo that aims towards the same goal and shares the excitement of every important milestone in the development of the company. I joined the team at Passendo in 2020 and have been so impressed with everyone. Everyone is super helpful, switched-on and proactive. They work hard to achieve shared and personal goals and still find time to have fun in between. I have worked for a few other startups, scale-ups and established businesses in Denmark and this has been my best experience by far. They are who they say they are...and to me, that means everything.
