Pros
Passio is a great place to work, they genuinely care about their employees and promote positive work policies that they actually implement - not just talk about. There is a ton of room for growth and advancement. If you are like me and really into agile work environments where you have the freedom to try things out - this is the place for you.
Cons
If you struggle with ambiguity, do not work here. Every day is a solutioning day, but that is the case with all companies in the growth phase.
