The company has a positive and supportive culture, with leadership that fosters growth and numerous opportunities for learning and skill enhancement at all levels. They claim to seek out rockstars when hiring candidates, and it is evident that they have found many! Other advantages include challenging work and a good work-life balance. While remote work can sometimes feel isolating, that is not the case here. The team is incredibly supportive and communicates frequently. Ideas, questions, and feedback are encouraged. The company hosts events and genuinely cares about its employees. This is an excellent company to work for, and I highly recommend it.
