Bizarre management and ownership styles.

Are you interested in getting food poisoning from an inedible family meal that you eat on your unpaid break right at the beginning of the shift before working nonstop on your feet for 8 hours in a tip pool that includes management (unclear the legality of this practice) so you walk with MAYBE a third of the tips you earned?? Have I got the restaurant for you! Truly run for the hills. Don’t apply here. They are losing multiple staff members a week right now and those who are left are also desperately trying to leave. I have never worked with worse management than at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and apply literally anywhere else. And if you do, don’t give notice when you’re inevitably trying to leave because they WILL just say oh it’s your last shift now then, and you’ll be out of work.
