Good products, nice business, Very interesting. Challenging. Good work conditions. One of the best companies in this segment. This is a very good company to end your carrier

Cons

No opportunity for evolving in the hierarchy. People there stay for a long time (approx 20 years). So it is hard to evolve and to get another title

Excellent salary on offer and gorgeous brand. Stable job if you are in the right team. Great training opportunities within the company.

Cons

Bullying and harassment by some of the management, useless HR department which doesn't support their employees. Don't expect to be heard or helped if you have an issue with your manager.
