Pros

None I can think of

Cons

here are so many red flags here, it’s hard to know where to start. The salary is shockingly low, crime is rampant, and the streets are overrun with homelessness and drug-related issues. Employee morale is at an all-time low, while the administration chooses to waste budget on unnecessary park renovations rather than addressing critical city issues like public safety, transportation, and more. Important problems are consistently ignored until it’s too late. I’m actively looking for another job and will leave as soon as I get an offer. The administration’s behavior is appalling and incomprehensible. What's worse, several managers with little more than high school diplomas are overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, contributing to a lack of accountability and poor decision-making. The overall management of human resources is abysmal, and the administration’s responsibility and leadership are nonexistent.
