      Employee salaries not increased until a considerable time had passed following approval of the raise Communication Benefits were not great

      You learn things quickly and easily on the job, if your over 18 you can easily get a forklift certification

      Cons

      For a forklift certification pay is pretty low and pay raise takes 90 days (probation period).
