if management likes you, job can be very easy and great especially if you’re a student
Cons
management is very toxic and only cares about the people within their circle. they won’t blatantly bully you, but employees are very replaceable to them. the only employees who have been there for long are the ones within the management, everyone else will be fired which clearly shows they do not care about your livelihood, just business. my advice: get your feet wet with experience, but constantly look for better opportunities. this is not a place for long-term growth.
