      Great socially, poor workplace culture

      Pros

      The company seemed to have many opportunities to build friendships and many great people worked there

      Cons

      There was a culture of blame. Because it’s tightly regulated by GMP there always seemed to be a lot of finger pointing when things went wrong instead of being solution-focused.

      Pay is very competitive compared to peers in the Biotech industry

      Cons

      Worked in the Brisbane facility and if your role is involved prominently in the production you will" burn out" quite quickly as opposed to those folk, management, who have no concept in regards to the effort required to get the product out the door. And yes it has been said before if you want a life outside work it may be prudent to think again.

      High salary, training , global support.

      Cons

      Work life balance non existent. Senior Management are not aligned with the needs of the staff. Say one thing, mean another. A lot of burnt out staff working long hours.
