You can work for free (I mean it...) because you will not be paid for months together...

Cons

No Salary! No Salary! No Salary! No Salary! Employees not paid for months together... when ever asked about salary, they will say, you will get today, tomorrow, monday, tuesday and so.. but for months you will not get... and keep this in mind always, if there is a loan on your name or EMIs to be paid, then brace for cheque bounces, late fee charges, abuse from bank employees, house owners.... after 1 or 2 months, you cant even borrow money from anyone as you'll have zero balance in ur account for rotation

1. No salary payment 2. Doesn't care about employees 3. Management doesn't have a clue of what's happening around 4. Treat people like slaves, threaten them 5. No one will respond for salary payment, they will just stop answering your email and calls 6. The bosses will keep changing high end car but will not think why did we not even pay this 10k salary.

Pros

They look at you as mean pigs when you come to office even after not paying continuously for months. To them the employees are worse than sewer worms.

Cons

People who come here usually have breaks in their career & these people will exploit to the hilt , will make you beg on your knees asking for salary
