The staff was amazing. A very rewarding experience. I was able to learn so much as a trainer.

Cons

There is a lot to learn, extremely worth it because it is an amazing feeling to help the students.

Pros

Pathfinders is a great place to work for anyone who loves learning and helping others. They train you on a variety of programs, teach you about learning disabilities and the brain, and mentor you to communicate with families and other professionals.

Cons

This part-time job is demanding, but very rewarding. The training process is not easy, as there is a lot of information to learn but if you put in the effort the rewards are outstanding.

Great experience, will train you in numerous programs, tools, and techniques for learning and development. Very supportive environment. Great for students in college or recent graduates looking for experience.

Cons

Working with clients and their families. Stressful and high intensity environment. Hard work but great rewards in seeing the clients succeed
