I really had a problem ethically working at Pathfinders. As a recruiter I was told to "fluff the truth" to make positions sounds much better than they were to prospects. I was actually told that we will not submit someone with a disability (i.e. stutter) because "those aren't the types of people we submit to clients." - even though the person was completely qualified. Pathfinders employees are very cliquey and not very inviting. The vacation time was only 10 days and 3 sick days (barely anything. Lunch is very strange (hard stop from 12-1) and no one really talks or interacts with each other and everyone sits at their desk. Oh and they rarely had a working coffee machine. They are constantly recruiting for recruiters because they have a very high turn over rate (rarely anyone stays over a year).Personally I do not recommend working there or using Pathfinders agency to find a job.

Candidates were often poached, little to no training, and immature management. Account managers favor their candidates vs quality of candidates Only 1 week of time off (this includes sick and vacation) No team environment
