Pros
Labs are equipped with the best technology. IT and maintenance are fast and effective. Supply and Inventory is fast and responsive. Excellent lab managers and staff.
Cons
Two LIS systems have to match exactly in all fields or reports don't get released. Upper management is isolated from lab personnel. Lots of favoritism by upper management.

Pros
Flexible schedule; the work load is not bad for the Molecular Dept but heavy in the Clinical Dept.
Cons
Some have a lot of work, while others have time to spend on the internet/smart phones. The company is top heavy and the upper management makes a lot of money comparing to the worker bees. The upper management does not seem to care about the worker bees. No raise for the last 3 years.
