Management is understanding, easy to work with and their goal is to help you grow and succeed in your position. Overall the mission of PathologyWatch is to speed up the turn around time of testing to help people get results and the care they need faster. They don’t view a test result as just another way to receive a paycheck - they factor in the person and how these results can change someone’s life. I feel that this company truly cares about both their employees and their patients. PathologyWatch is historically changing healthcare for the better.
