      Small, person centred, supportive and accountable

      Cons

      Small. Easy to take advantage of smaller staff pool and backfill. Many employees with low work ethics are able to manipulate system. Negative reviews written by disgruntled employees who have been let go once made accountable for poor practices. Last review referring to lawsuit is misleading and inflammatory. If true company would not be operating! Greedy and unethical employee.

      PCSL is a dynamic and professional agency providing specialized residential placement and rotating respite for vulnerable youth in the lower mainland.

      Cons

      Very busy and demands that all employees adhere to a consistent level of professionalism at all times. The majority of employees are valued and supported to meet daily performance expectations, adherence to all Policy & Procedures and more specifically to follow all aspects of client centred Safety Plans and Behaviour Plans, to treat all individuals with respect, dignity and honesty. I see that a number of disgruntled employees feel free to disparage this company and its management, and I specifically know that four of these individuals were terminated with cause by the company, and I am also aware of what the reasons for their termination, typical response from individuals who consistently project responsibility for their behaviour unto others.
