Pros

Received good experience for working with individuals with mental health. Schedule can be flexible sometimes. Team was supportive.

Cons

No opportunity for annual raises, bonus is based upon face to face time with clients. Case load was constantly overloaded. Work conditions in the field were sometimes dangerous and sometimes pushed beyond comfortability as the job had to be done. Pay is not enough, especially driving your own vehicle.
