In my career I have never met and employer so dedicated to their employees. They go over and above to take care of, and recognize people monthly, quarterly, and yearly. It's just over the top. But not in a bad way. This is a culture of inclusiveness and recognition.

Pathways has an amazing culture, you will hardly fine a better place to work. The people are amazing and the culture is one of the best I have ever seen. They are a ServiceNow-oriented company, it is the primary work that they do. But that work is spread among a host of managers, analysts, sales members, developers, quality members, and more. There is a place for people with various technical skills within this company. They will train you, they will support you. The work is remote for some, onsite for others, and even combo (remote/onsite). If you have the skills that they need, you will find this to be a great place to work. The pay and benefits are excellent. There is a family-type feel to the workplace. It is a smaller company with easy and responsive access to C-Level leadership. Very technically smart people work there that can help you. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
