I do not really have any cons. It is ServiceNow based primarily. That is not a "con." But, if you don't want to be involved with ServiceNow, this would not be the place for you. But again, that is not a "con." It is just a reality of their market. And if you don't know that application suite, they will train you. It is a small company, also not a "con." You will not find that at Pathways if you desire larger corporate bureaucracy.
