      Pros

      Caring for Patients and helping them do the hard work.

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic (false promises, no follow through) lack of resources (gas reimbursement, technology to complete the job etc), constant payroll issues (paid incorrectly or not on time) benefits are not good, no 401k.
