The script we follow us very deceitful and misleading our customers. Almost daily the service goes out for TV's/Phone services at entire hospitals for days even though it is because of our computer system and platform being inadequate. Even though the hospitals don't have services available we still charge our customers very high expensive prices for those days. Management no longer gives out credit at all due nobody ever being in the office most of the time it is just us call center reps to fend for ourselves. Also they do not give raises you make near minimum wage.
