Pros

Flexible hours if you set a contract when you get hired. You have a great understanding about patio furniture when you are ready to purchase some did your home . Some of the employees are nice.

Cons

Constant lectures from the owner. Micro managing. Always getting negative feed back by the owner about standards not being meet. Commission base salary. Owner gives unreasonable expectation upon hiring. Owner gives hope to making a large amount of money but not even the employees that have been there for years are struggling. Having to live off of base pay. Working 6 days one week then 5 the next. Not being able to take vacation days when you want. Having to get approved of days and then having the owner state that your days can not be used in a certain way. Having your schedule change abruptly. Very high turn over. It's like a revolving door. People do not stay long enough.

Pros

Some of the staff that works there are great, but most of them are back stabbers.

Cons

I don't understand why someone would work here. The turn over rate is so high. No one stay for many good reason. The owner is a self entitled narcissistic. He goes on an on about a book called "A New Earth." He preached this book like the bible and goes on about how no one should have an EGO when he is the most egotistical man i met. Very selfish work environment and screw over a lot of employees. Based on the way they treat employees I DO NOT recommend shopping there. I could go on about how awful it is. If you are a new hire and looking up the company. This is your sign to not take the job.
