Pros
Love the BMW product. That's it.
Cons
Management is deceptive and untrustworthy towards both their sales employees and customers. They regularly employ sales, business and management tactics that are highly unethical with the sole purpose being the benefit of the management. -I've witnessed management discuss how to keep BMW loyalty money ($500) away from a buyer and fold into the front end deal profit. -I've witnessed (and was a part of) a used car transaction that was for nearly a $7,000 profit and had to fight with the manager to get the car properly reconditioned before delivery. -I've witnessed deals structured with additional fees hidden in the tax and license fee section. When I questioned the additional fees I ended up in an argument with the manager and was told "this is how we do things here. If you don't like it, go somewhere else." -I've witnessed purchase deals in which management purposefully quoted City of Chicago sales taxes, for a non-Chicago buyer, and rolled the additional tax money into profit. -Management also has a penchant for cherry-picking internet leads for specific sales people. There is a great deal of disparity in who gets what leads when. There's just too many more to list but suffice it to say that if you're interested in a career in the automotive industry or a place to purchase a vehicle this is not the place to do it.
