      Cons

      Manager expects more hours than we are paid. Micromanagers, trusts no one. Strange culture, some employees are unionized creating a terrible "us agaisnt them culture".

      Work will keep you busy.

      Cons

      Narcissistic individuals, not in the department, running the entire show. CEO didn't listen to other C-level executives. The "in-crowd" will be protected from immoral and illegal activities.

      Pros

      If you like overtime, the lack of skilled leadership provides for plenty of it. You can meet a lot of new people, very high turnover.

      Cons

      Poor leadership Top execs are way overpaid with huge bonuses and they don't pay workers enough to attract many with skills. Advancement based on the Buddy System. Poor working environment.
