Employee Culture - Some of the best people I've met Pay/Benefits - Very good for the Akron/Canton region Room for vertical mobility Small shop

Cons

Religion and political leans shared overtly from upper management (Mandatory meetings include prayers sometimes; obvious pressure for/against political candidates) Upper management lacks talent. Many senior leaders don't have any experience in the business area they lead. Strong sense of nepotism (leading to above note). Micromanagement was rampant. Upper management badmouths employees who have left or were terminated in the past openly.

The pay was good, benefits were decent

Cons

Horrid work-life balance, on-call every other week, very dishonest/poor management, bureaucratic, high turnover, all their previous senior developers left. leaving massive holes in knowledge base of their own systems.

Coworkers are awesome, really solid hiring practices.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and doesn’t help with career development, frequently changing priorities, fly by the seat of their pants without data to back it up. Poor cash management.
