Pros

Good brand name in the industry

Cons

Where to start.... First off, if you have a role that isn't connected to Amazon sales, your role is basically pointless. I left one of the top companies in the world to become a part of Pattern. I slowly found out I made one of the worst decisions of my life. The company is horrible at expanding their foothold on anything. For example, they tried to launch an internal brand acquisition group and had goals to acquire 5 in 2021, 5 in 2022....they acquired zero. Why? Because the CEO has no background in brand acquisition and it shows. The one brand he said yes to was a complete joke and it failed horribly. At the end of the day he is surrounded by to many yes men and whatever he says goes, this company is run by an opinion of 1 and it shows. On top of the failed programs, they kept putting managers with no digital marketing experience in charge of the digital marketing team. When I say no experience, I really mean it. It was like teaching a elderly man how to understand hieroglyphics...basically pointless. Due to management having zero experience in digital marketing they berate you when you tell them sound advice on why a brand is failing or exceeding. Paying attention to actual data from ad campaigns is pointless with them. Due to all of this, they have no knowledge on how to recognize value when they have it and will fire you without warning at any time.
