Leadership at this location is extremely unprofessional. Someone in a leadership role employed all their friends and shows favoritism. Many RBTs were reported for neglecting clients (kids and teens). But are still employed. A member of leadership spends most of their supervision gossiping with RBTs about other RBTs. They were also known to flirt with employees and threaten to fire them when they were turned down or when staff had questions about interventions for clients. After many filed complaints to HR, all were dismissed. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Nashua NH BCBAs are cruel and will take out their frustrations on staff. Gaslighting and deflection for bringing up problems occurs. Money over actual quality therapy. Bcbas advocating for training for staff isn’t heard. No clear cut No care for staff Gaslighting
