-Senior management that indulges in bullying and belittling (even leading to a lawsuit). -hiring manager lied during application process (promised to pay for team's phone plans because they're used them for work duties. Management went back on this) -poor work environment. Like 6 people crammed in small room with constant distractions with tight deadlines to meet. -management uninterested in creative input or taking consideration for better work conditions. poor communication. -poor compensation with little room for growth. -administration is a joke. HR is in another province, and management cloudy on who to contact for administration help. Even telling the team we had 5 more vacation days than we actually had. -little assistance with technical issues, and there's only one engineer for entire region. -Friday coffee meetings (which were only instituted following the lawsuit) is another chance for the General Manager to belittle employees.
