The break room was nice.

Cons

Benefits are reduced yearly at increased cost. Person Time Off was required to be used when inclement weather prohibited travelling to work. Salary increases were non-existent. Yearly performance reviews are negatively focused, If you are not from the UK, your chances of increased career success with this company are extremely limited. Upper Management allows others in similar professional positions to undermine the work of others.

We do have some great benefits across all our regions, so we are sorry that you felt they were not beneficial for you, we carry out regular engagement surveys that specifically request feedback on the areas above, and feedback is then put into action plans and we work to achieve these throughout the year. We hope that any areas you felt needed improvement have already been or are being addressed.
