A few kind and supportive coworkers.

Cons

Most staff are family or longtime friends, so professional boundaries are nonexistent. Gossip was common and perpetuated by leadership, sometimes including sensitive or private topics. Management shared personal information that should have remained confidential. Difficult to raise concerns without feeling exposed or retaliated against.
