Pros

Good uniform package Working closely around the company and team, with the UK executive team visiting the US quite often to prodive feedback along with Paul himself. Supportive and friendly HR and corporate, who treated me with respect, and recognized my achievements, and skills on multiple occasion. Working with great coworkers, a good management team, and meeting and helping VIP, celebs, and providing them with quality, beautiful clothing. Healthcare, robust benefits package, great PTO. Recieved alot of attention from prominent companies and designers after working here.

Cons

High pressure on sales numbers Unfortunate competetion from other sales people, leading to a potentially very combative sales enviornment, and causing friction among the team. Little support from management when it comes to solving interpersonal issues, others stealing sales from you, etc.

Super friendly team, manageable workload and plenty of support from team leaders

Cons

Nowhere to really go for a lunch break as you’re in the middle of an industrial estate & only get 30 minutes
