      Pros

      High level of service, very collaborative and welcoming environment, all remote, I can sell to just about any audience and I know my team will do a great job, awesome comp structure....I've been selling for 20 years with 15 of those in staffing. Hands down the best role I've ever had.

      Cons

      Only con is I didn't come here sooner.

      Flexible remote opportunities, potential to connect with established companies, job descriptions appear promising, straightforward application process, company claims to support work–life balance.

      Cons

      Company does not communicate effectively with candidates, ignores direct messages and professional outreach, sends blanket rejection emails without properly reviewing applications, qualified applicants are dismissed without fair consideration, leaves candidates feeling undervalued and misled.

      Great culture! I had the best work experience with Pave Talent. Jeff is so amazing and generous. I just need to focus on my daughter but in the future, would definitely love to work here again!
