      Pros

      Pavecon is a leader in the industry. It is a stable company and continually growing. It’s fun to be a part of the growth and development. It’s hard work, but extremely rewarding. Great people here!

      Typical growing pains of any company- not really cons. The leadership cares about people in the field and help eliminate any issues.

      Not micromanaged Fuel card 550 vehicle allowance

      Cons

      Benefits pretty poor Very little support management and absolutely no company structure. No training so new employees rarely stick around. Turnover is very high for PMs across the board since nothing is done to retain them. Company has really gone downhill the last 3-4 years within the industry as well. Its a job - not a career
