Pros
Nice people to work with, breakfast and lunchtime is a good social time to be. Good option to have workout during lunch time. I bonded with others who were also struggling (pro and con). Mostly nice people to work with!
Cons
Salaries - VERY underpaid. Quite disrespectful to underpay people who overwork not by choice (a lot of pressure) - (I’ve seen people work until 20:00 or 21:00 consistently without a pat on the back.) It’s sad to write this review, but it is the honest truth. Unfortunately, there is a huge discrepancy in pay and not a whole lot of training when joining a role, or development to follow. As a trainee, I’m glad I stayed to experience this type of culture early on and organisation as I did learn to grow thick skin and appreciate the nice people I worked with. And also know now which kind of company I wouldn’t want to work for. Leadership - Richard Garcia - he seemed nice at the front of face, but was very condescending. Few conversations with him made me and a few others feel quite uncomfortable.. HR were friends with him so hard to speak openly to them. Marcos and wife - nice people.
