Pros

Nice people to work with, breakfast and lunchtime is a good social time to be. Good option to have workout during lunch time. I bonded with others who were also struggling (pro and con). Mostly nice people to work with!

Cons

Salaries - VERY underpaid. Quite disrespectful to underpay people who overwork not by choice (a lot of pressure) - (I’ve seen people work until 20:00 or 21:00 consistently without a pat on the back.) It’s sad to write this review, but it is the honest truth. Unfortunately, there is a huge discrepancy in pay and not a whole lot of training when joining a role, or development to follow. As a trainee, I’m glad I stayed to experience this type of culture early on and organisation as I did learn to grow thick skin and appreciate the nice people I worked with. And also know now which kind of company I wouldn’t want to work for. Leadership - Richard Garcia - he seemed nice at the front of face, but was very condescending. Few conversations with him made me and a few others feel quite uncomfortable.. HR were friends with him so hard to speak openly to them. Marcos and wife - nice people.

Pros

Modern workplace that creates continuous challenges to attract the best talent. Pavigym is a good modern space in which everyone feels valued and comfortable. The happiness of each individual employee seems to be as important as the goals of the company. Here are a few characteristics of the company that come to my mind: 1. Pavigym has a learn-it-all, high-performance culture that fosters growth and innovation. 2. Pavigym has a customer-first mindset and not only knows how to delight their customers but also knows how to invent on behalf of their customers by understanding the unmet needs of the customers. 3. Pavigym has a clear purpose that articulates who we are and what we stand for. This clarity in purpose then guides every mission, vision and strategy. 4. Pavigym uses technology as a catalyst for change. 5. Every employee in Pavigym is an entrepreneur and is responsible for growth. 6. Pavigym knows how to be resourceful (ruthless prioritization, creativity, focus, and determination) to get things done, and is not constrained by lack of resources (time, money, people, etc.). 7. Leaders in Pavigym make decisions based on long-term objectives, not short-term goals. Ultimately, Pavigym knows that nobody wins unless everybody wins, which is why we strive to be good at every single characteristic listed above.

Cons

Many more positive things than negative ones, so it's not worth wasting time on this.

Pros

Innovative Culture. Non-stop innovation makes this company super fun to work for. Fitness Industry. You can beat getting a job in this amazing industry. I am still in it after my 6 years at Pavigym. Great mentorship. Marcos is one of the most innovative and fast-forward thinkers you'll meet. You'll get to learn a lot from him and management. Incredible work atmosphere. Fun co-workers who are willing to help at all times. Professional Growth. I was able to learn in many departments and now I have my own company. The development and growth potential is huge. I would compare it to American companies. Alicante is an amazing place to live!

Cons

If you are not a dynamic person that embraces change this might be a fast pace environment for you.
