Patients and staff keep getting hurt or abused. No accountablity of administrative failures/mistakes. The hospital is rarely staffed appropriately. No one that work's here would ever put a loved under the care of this facility.

- Everything bad about the mental healthcare field is apparent here. You will see other MHT's threatening and ignoring patients on a regular basis, the food conditions are horrible, the pay for MHT's is absolutely insane for the amount of work required, and most MHT's are under-qualified for the work they need to do. I saw so many rules ignored and dismissed in my short time working here and FELT UNSAFE on a regular basis. This is one of, if not the only, UHS facility with NO SECURITY within the building. This is not safe for the staff considering the conditions we are made to work under, and there seems to be no real change happening or in the works. This was the most upsetting job I have ever had, and not because of the patients or behavioral health aspect.
