A lot of the people working here are great people and we look out for each other. I do feel like what I say has an important impact in the company.

Communication between teams is a struggle. Priorities seem to shift monthly and we can spend several weeks working on a major project just for management to change and the whole thing is placed on the back-burner.
Failure to provide support and mentoring to employees. Micromanagement, lack of clear communication, accountability and unpredictable behavior. Impulsive and unorganized approach to business activities.
