      Pros

      Paxcel was a great company to work for upto March 2016. - Flexible leave and wfh policies - Motivationg culture - equal opportunity - open doors for everyone. It got acquired and the management is super ignorant of the employees now. They don't care about anything. They have implemented processes superfluously. Employees are not even heard let alone listened too. Everyone wants to leave, people are just waiting for the right opportunity, and some are so fed up they are waiting for any.

      Cons

      All these have appeared after being acquired - Bad policies - If you leave you have to return your increment received in previous months - No value of employees - HR does not even respond to employee concerns - Very bad appraisals - 4-6 % - And it is not as per performance it is random

      Pros

      Lot of freedom given to employees to pursue the ideas they have in mind. Competent people who know about the things they are working on and they love what they do. A lot of flexibility is given to employees. Very approachable , understanding and appreciative top management.

      Cons

      There are times when you have to explore the things on your own and find your own path. As the organization hasnt been a sales driven one , laxity often creeps in.

      They provide the ample is of opportunity to learn. One should be ready to grab the opportunity. Working here was fun. Very Healthy Environment.
