      he company offers strong career growth opportunities, both in terms of learning and promotion. Compensation and benefits are very competitive compared to industry standards. You get to work with smart and supportive colleagues in a collaborative environment. Leadership is generally approachable and values input from the engineering team.

      Cons

      At times, engineers are expected to take on support-related tasks, which may not align with everyone's interests or core responsibilities. Workload can occasionally become unpredictable due to shifting priorities or urgent issues.

      Company is part of Paymentus group, most of the people works for them and enjoy the lovely atmosphere within team

      Cons

      In every company pros and cons depends on the project. I am lucky to be a part wonderful team

      Work life balance is very Good Never worked on weekends. Good culture to grow Good appraisal with fix cycle. Managers are supportive and helping

      Don't get to work more on development work at fresher's .Lack of communication at management level .If you are experienced No cons it will be hood
