      Toxic culture and protection of bullies hinder careers

      Pros

      Excellent benefits including great pension and healthcare.

      Cons

      Toxic working culture, with bullying and discrimination rife. Individuals known for bullying are protected because they’re seen as beneficial to the business. Much of the senior management hold very traditional mind sets, fear and do not understand the changing financial landscape. This is the place where your career goes to die. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

      Non-performance on critical projects that resulted in redundancies. Senior management seemed to be unaffected which seems unfair.
