      * An absolutely toxic work environment, filled with egos and divas * Abysmal tech practices; single points of failure, testing on prod, blatantly ignoring glaring tech debts, never thinking about scalability, zero accountability

      - Enjoyed some people I worked with that were nice and supportive and wanted to help you succeed - Amazing benefits, fun social events - Liked the new up-to-date electronic equipment provided for work

      Toxic environment. Did not feel supported in growth. For the amount of work you’re given to do, salary should’ve been higher. At multiple times, felt under-appreciated and under-valued when putting in any extra effort. Management and seniors need to be more receptive to feedbacks and changes. Power trip from upper levels. Unorganized work structure. They will tell you that they will do their best to help you to improve/succeed then turn around and act another way. Management needs more training.
