- a lot of independence when leading your project, you do everything from a to z which is very motivating, challenging and satisfying - strong company culture that is articulated around kindness - inspiring leaders - amazing office conditions & care given to the benefits around the office such as free food and a happiness manager that is focused on your well being 100% of her time - opportunity to progress depending on your performance which is extremely motivating

Pros

Work from Anywhere policy - offers flexible working, great for family Lots of young people here and nice colleagues. Workload is low compared to similar jobs at other companies, sometimes feels like a retirement job

Cons

Major restructuring planned for this year, plan to reduce headcount by 10-15%, after hiring over 80% of its workforce in 2022, a result of recession, harder to get funding and over-hiring. Work from Anywhere policy - Productivity is a lot lower compared to other companies who are hybrid or office based, things take longer to get done, people whose status are permanently "online" but sometimes not working, might have even gone for a day out! WFA means too much free rein and freedom to everyone hence company losing profit. Ambitious and top performers tend to leave after 6 months.
