Pros
- Nice working environment - Everyone is generally friendly - Good pay - Flexible working hours - The management is quite understanding when it comes to deadlines and tasks A good place to learn and grow as a software developer
Cons
It can be slightly demanding, not overwhelming but at times there can be quite a bit of work to do. I don't consider this to be a deal-breaker or an issues as the management is quite flexible and understanding when it comes to deadlines.
