The atmosphere is very fun, not a normal workplace can provide you. Very supportive manager and boss. Great team-building activity. Business is growing at an encouraging pace.

Not really any. If I must say something, then there is no clear structure to get a promotion. But salary review regularly + I see quite some promotion in the 1 year I am here.
