Pros

They gave good compensation packages to employees when I joined. They're also pretty flexible with work given that it's a tech startup.

Cons

When I joined the company, it was still figuring out the right strategy for growth. At the time, there was also some management issues. There was a lot of disagreements and restructuring. Right now, I think, they have been expanding more and hopefully, the company is heading towards a clearer direction.

Pros

Great place to work and has a very competitive salary. It offers WFH and has an amiable working atmosphere. Great products where you could learn in and outs of backend or frontend development. Provides standard healthcare benefits, and gives out allowance for WFH people. The software engineering technical exam is strict so prepare for it.

Cons

The company is fast growing, so adjustments to processes are still ongoing.

You're heard. As an employee, I value the opportunity to have my voice heard. I simply want my voice to be heard so that people can observe problems from various standpoints, regardless of whether my request or idea is implemented. The new leadership created a noticeable and tangible difference. I love how executive dynamics have a positive impact on culture.
