      Pros

      A great organization that ‘generally’ cultivates employees and utilizes their strengths. However, not in my case.

      Cons

      Since it’s such a small organization my workload was often double or tripled. I did what my direct supervisor instructed and/or requested. But the CEO and my superior were NOT a cohesive unit. One said A and the other said B. I was running in circles, back to square one... on a constant basis. No leadership assistance, nor empowerment was offered in my area.

      PayServ is a company that cares for there employee's. We are a family that works together and has each others back in every circumstance. "People Matter" is the motto that everyone at PayServ lives by. This family builds on each others strengths and guides our weaknesses to become stronger.
