Working at PayShepherd has been an absolute pleasure from the get-go. Colleagues are wonderful people, leadership are human beings. Everyone from support agents to the CEO will find time to go above and beyond for their teammates. Salary is on par with Canadian tech. The PayShepherd platform is EXCELLENT and easy to implement, thanks to the teams who work hard to ensure client lift is minimal. In fact, we all lift a little, to ensure no individual is struggling. It's one of the greatest environments I've been in.

Cons

After over a year here, I don't see any cons.

There is a lot of opportunity to contribute and make an impact as the company grows. The team is diverse in past experience, which brings in different points of view (very positive!) and there is a desire to continuously improve. The remote work model provides access to talent regardless of geography and the teams have been able to create "human connection", while maintaining a fully remote work environment.

Cons

With a fast paced environment, comes a lot of change. High change velocity over a long period of time can be challenging to manage across the entire organization.
