Payaut is a great place to work. I joined from a large company myself, and moving to Payaut has been really great for my personal and professional life. Payaut is still in an early and very expansive phase. We make progress quickly and aim to do both Product and Engineering really well. I find the team warm, fun and friendly and the work interesting, fast-paced and satisfying
Cons
Payaut is a highly dynamic workplace as we need to make product increments quickly and on limited information. I personally enjoy the fast pace and quick iterations, but you should be aware of this - especially if you are applying from a larger and more traditional organization
