A great firm to work for.

Pros

Payette is a solid firm that's done really nice work for decades. The people are amazing and there is a real culture of mentorship. The opportunities for both design and construction administration experience are available.

Cons

The main drawbacks to working at Payette are that occasionally the hours get bad around deadlines (although not like some competitors) and sometimes people get pigeon holed working on boring stuff. Prudent time management and proactive staffing requests help ameliorate these issues.
