Pros

the building is okay if you work from there, you could work from home in some roles after Covid so that was helpful. The CEO was usually straight talking and friendly

Cons

too many egos at the top, two faced directors other than the CEO and managers, people managers that should be no where near people in general. Since being bought out about 8 times in the last 8 years its completely lost its personality and values.
